Victorian Basement Conversion to Family TV Room in Horsforth, Leeds

Our clients had two damp, dark unusable spaces in their period property in Horsforth, Leeds. They asked Pure Basement Systems to convert both basements in Leeds into a family Basement TV Room and a fully functional utility room with built-in cabinets and a laundry sink. We designed a full basement conversion scheme for their home in Leeds. As part of the basement conversion process, we designed and installed – a full basement waterproofing system, insulation to walls / floor / ceilings, underfloor heating, bespoke joinery, floor coverings and decorations. The completed project added space and value to the property.
