Harrogate Basement Conversion to Utility Room

Our client requested that we convert her basement in Harrogate to a self-contained Utility Room. The Basement Conversion in the large period property in Harrogate needed a robust waterproofing solution to stop the basement from flooding. Water ingress had occurred over a number of years. Pure Basement Systems designed and installed a basement waterproofing system comprising of sealed wall / floor and stairs membranes with an automatic sump pump to remove nuisance water ingress.
