Commissioned to remove excess groundwater in under croft

The Brief:
Our client Joseph Rowntree Theatre commissioned Pure Pure Basements to install 2 electronically activated sump pumps in York to remove excess groundwater from the basement / under croft which houses mechanical and electrical services.

They commissioned Pure Basement Systems to design and install specialist sump pump stations to manage ground-water. The pumps were set-up to detect ground-water at specific inverted levels and discharge excess water into drainage.
