Armley, Leeds Basement Conversion to Family Space

Our client requested that Pure Basement Systems carry out a complete basement conversion in Leeds. The property is a large period property in Leeds, and it suffered from some groundwater ingress into the basement. Pure Basement Systems created a fantastic Basement Dining Area and a fantastic laundry room as part of the basement conversion in Leeds. We designed and installed a full waterproofing system comprising of sealed wall / floor and staircase membranes, with perimeter channels and a twin automatic sump pump station. High quality insulation and joinery was installed as part of the basement conversion with underfloor heating and engineered Oak flooring.
