Preston Basement Conversion

Our client’s property suffered from a flooded basement in Preston. Attempts had been made previously to tank the cellar but unfortunately it continued to flood. Pure Basement Systems were employed to design and install a basement waterproofing system to the property in Preston. We installed a system of sealed membranes to walls, floors and stairs combined with perimeter drainage channels and an automatic sump pump. The Cellar Tanking in Preston was fully effective, and our clients were able to use their damp, dark and flooded basement fully on completion of our works
