Bingley Basement Conversion – Damp Basement to Dry Living Space
Our client’s basement in their traditional stone terraced house in Bingley, West Yorkshire was affected by dampness. It had previously been ‘tanked’ by another contractor, but this basement waterproofing system had failed. Pure designed and installed a new basement waterproofing system comprising of a high capacity pump, sealed wall / floor membrane and a discreet sub floor perimeter drainage channel. At the same time as upgrading the waterproofing system we installed insulation to walls / floors, drylining and carried out bespoke joinery and fully decorations to the basement.
