Dry Storage at a School in Bury, Manchester
Our commercial client, a school and children’s residential facility in Bury, Greater Manchester were experiencing problems with aggressive ground water ingress to approximately half a metre in depth which was causing damage to stored goods.
To solve this problem for our client and create dry storage space, we installed two twin automatic sump pump stations with pump monitors which record litres of water removed and number of pump cycles allowing us to monitor ground water activity affecting the property.
Our client is now able to reuse approximately 80 square meters of previously unusable storage space.
