Stockport Commercial Basement Waterproofing – New Pizza Express Premises
Our client requested that we offer our commercial waterproofing design/install service to cellar offices as part of their conversion project to create a new Pizza Express restaurant in Stockport, Greater Manchester. The basement had previously been “tanked” unsuccessfully by another contractor and it had failed allowing water ingress into the basement rooms. Pure provided a robust waterproofing installation comprising 2 twin automatic sump pump stations with battery back-up, cavity drainage membrane and discreet sub floor perimeter drainage channels, readying the premises for conversion.
