Multi-Room Basement Conversion In Ilkley, Leeds
We were contacted by our client as they wanted a specialist basement waterproofing contractor to design and install a new waterproofing and convert the damp basement in their stone Victorian town house into habitable space.
Pure designed a bespoke waterproofing system for a multi room basement conversion with installation of external access comprising of twin sump pumps, perimeter drainage channels and sealed cavity drainage membrane to the walls and floor. We then installed high efficiency insulation to the walls, floor and ceiling to retain heat and complement the basement waterproofing. Dry lining and full plaster skim then followed and bespoke joinery performed to the client’s specifications before decorations. To completed basement conversion added a TV room, a large dining room and a utility room.
The completed basement added valuable space and value to the property.
