Leeds Basement Conversion – Damp Basement to Dry, Light Office and Utility Rooms
Our client requested that we carry out full basement waterproofing design, installation and conversion of two basement rooms at their traditional mid terraced property in Leeds, West Yorkshire to create an office area and utility space as well as additional under stair storage. Pure designed and installed a bespoke basement waterproofing system with twin high capacity pumps, sealed wall/floor membrane and a discreet sub floor perimeter drainage channel. At the same time as upgrading the waterproofing system we installed insulation to walls/ceilings/floors, dry lining and plastering throughout and completed bespoke joinery.
