Mr W and Miss H our clients needed more storage space in their home. The basement beneath their kitchen regularly flooded after rainfall. Pure Basement Systems were contacted to design and prepare a full specification for the basement conversion to create dry storage space. Pure Basement Systems designed the outline project and completed the basement conversion in Huddersfield providing the much needed additional dry storage space. The basement conversion consisted of the installation of a full Cavity Drainage Membrane (basement waterproofing) system with an integral automatic sump pump to control ground water, humidity controlled ventilation, insulated walls and floors, and a full dry-lining solution.
The completed project offered fantastic additional dry storage space for our client which released much needed space on the upper floors.
