Commercial Basement Waterproofing in Yeadon, Leeds to create a playroom.
Our client, a premier Leeds building contractor, commissioned Pure Basement Systems to design and install a new basement waterproofing system in the basement of the Victorian stone through terrace property in Yeadon, Leeds, West Yorkshire that they were in the process of converting. The basement had been previously tanked but the system had failed and water ingress was a problem.
Working in partnership with our client we specified and installed a bespoke structural basement waterproofing system comprising perimeter drainage channels, sealed wall and floor membranes and an automatic sump pump station. The contractors then completed the basement to create a playroom, adding space and value to the property.
