Pure Basement Systems were contacted by a premier building contractor in Leeds to design and install a basement waterproofing system to a chapel as part of a larger conversion project.
Working closely with our commercial client, a premier building contractor in Leeds, Pure designed and installed a bespoke basement waterproofing system comprising of an automatic twin sump pump, perimeter drainage channels and sealed wall and floor cavity drainage membrane. We then handed the job back to our client to complete the conversion.
The completed project created valuable dry garage space to offer storage for classic cars.
