Basement Waterproofing To Victorian Town House In Headingley, Leeds
Our client contacted us as they wanted a basement specialist to design and install a new basement waterproofing system in the basement of their large Victorian town house in Headingley, Leeds. The basement had been previously converted but the rooms had flooded when the system had failed and the basement was now suffering from damp.
Pure specified and installed a bespoke basement waterproofing system comprising perimeter drainage channels, sealed wall and floor cavity drainage membrane and two automatic sump pump stations to cope with the high level of water ingress.
The fully waterproofed basement was then ready to be converted to two bedrooms and a bathroom, giving our clients back the much needed family space.
