Our client contacted us to design a basement waterproofing system to combat the water ingress and severe damp in the barrel vaulted basement in their traditional stone terraced house in Pudsey, Leeds to create dry storage space and a utility room.
Working with our client Pure Basement Systems designed and installed a bespoke basement waterproofing system comprised of perimeter drainage channels, an automatic sump pump and fully sealed wall and floor cavity drainage membrane. This transformed the unusable basement into completely dry storage space and a utility room.
The completed basement created additional storage space freeing up valuable family space and adding value to the property.
