Our client wanted to maximise on the space in their damp basements under their large Victorian semi-detached property by turning the rooms into high quality, dry, light offices and meeting space.
Pure Basement Systems worked alongside our client’s architects to design and install a bespoke waterproofing system comprising a sump pump station with twin sump pumps – complete with an alarm pack, perimeter drainage channels and sealed wall and floor cavity membrane.
