Harrogate Basement Conversion – Flooded Cellar to Dry Warm Family Living Space
Our client’s basement in a traditional stone cottage in Harrogate, North Yorkshire flooded out after heavy rainfall. Pure designed and installed a new waterproofing system with twin high capacity pumps, sealed wall / floor membrane and a discreet sub floor perimeter drainage channel. At the same time as upgrading the waterproofing system we also installed insulation to walls / floor ceilings before dry lining, plastering and carrying out bespoke joinery and full decorations to the basement.
