Commercial Basement Waterproofing in York, North Yorkshire To Create Office Space.
Our client, a premier York building contractor, commissioned Pure Basement Systems to design and install a new basement waterproofing system in the unusable flooded basement of the property in York, North Yorkshire that they were in the process of converting to provide office space.
Working in partnership with our client we specified and installed a bespoke structural basement waterproofing system comprising perimeter drainage channels, sealed wall and floor membranes and an automatic twin sump pump station. The contractors then completed the basement to create office space adding additional space and value to the property.
