Boroughbridge Basement Conversion – Flooded Basement to Dry Living Space in Listed Building
Our client’s basement at his double fronted listed period property in Boroughbridge, North Yorkshire flooded out after heavy rainfall. Pure designed and installed a new waterproofing system with twin high capacity pumps, sealed wall/floor membrane and a discreet sub floor perimeter drainage channel. At the same time as upgrading the waterproofing system we installed insulation to walls/floors, dry lining and carried out bespoke joinery and full decorations to the basement to local listed building regulations.
