Our client in Sale requested Pure carry out a full basement conversion to an unused DARK DAMP BASEMENT.
They required a home office and storage to give them additional space in their family home.
Pure Basement Systems installed a basement waterproofing system with sump pumps, perimeter drainage channels and cavity drain membrane to walls and floors. A basement external access was designed by a structural engineer and constructed by Pure Basement Systems. All surfaces were fully insulated and plastered to offer fantastic additional basement space
