Mr and Mrs C our clients needed more space in their home. The old barrel vaulted basement beneath their Kitchen had been filled with earth and rubble in the past. Pure Basement Systems were contacted to design and prepare a full specification for the basement conversion to create dry storage space. Pure Basement Systems designed the outline project and completed the high quality basement conversion in just 5 weeks. As part of the conversion we removed around 8 tonnes of earth, debris and rubble. The basement conversion in Leeds consisted of the installation of a full Cavity Drainage Membrane (basement waterproofing) system with integral automatic pump to control ground water, humidity controlled ventilation, insulated walls and floors, a full dry-lining solution, carbon film underfloor heating and quality finishings.
