Commissioned to design and install basement waterproofing to 6 flats
The Brief:
Our client requested that we design and install basement waterproofing to 6 flats allowing basement conversion into 6 luxury flats. They commissioned Pure Basement Systems to design and install a waterproofing system which would remediate dampness and allow for conversion of the basement in Bradford into 6 flats.
Result:
Working in partnership with the developer, Pure Basement Systems specified a structural waterproofing package to combat the flood water ingress and damp. We installed a high performance waterproofing system complete with perimeter drainage channels and sealed floor and wall cavity drainage membrane. High quality insulation was installed to compliment the waterproofing system and full plastering completed the basement conversion.
The completed project created 6 dry, warm, light luxury basement flats as parts of a larger school conversion into residential space
