Knutsford Basement Conversion – Damp Basement to Large Dry Multi Room Living Space
Our client requested that we carry out a full basement waterproofing design, installation and conversion of six basement rooms at their large detached period property in Knutsford, Cheshire to create a TV/Media Room, Large Kitchen/Dining Room, Utility space, 2 x storage areas and a home gym. Pure designed and installed a new waterproofing system with twin high capacity pumps, sealed wall/floor membrane and a discreet sub floor perimeter drainage channel. At the same time as upgrading the waterproofing system we installed insulation to walls/ceilings/floors, dry lining, plastered throughout and completed bespoke joinery and decorations.
