Multi Room Basement Conversion In Pudsey, Leeds
Our client contacted us as they wanted a basement waterproofing specialist to convert the basement in their stone cottage in Pudsey, Leeds into a basement flat.
Pure designed and installed a bespoke basement waterproofing system comprising of twin automatic sump pumps, perimeter drainage channels and sealed cavity drainage membrane to the walls and floor. High efficiency insulation was fitted to complement the basement waterproofing and to retain heat in the walls, floor and ceiling. Dry lining and full plaster skim then followed and bespoke joinery was performed to the client’s specifications. The result of the project was a new basement flat complete with a large bedroom, an open plan kitchen and living area and a shower room.
The completed basement added space and value to the property.
