Basement Conversion To Create Bedroom & Shower Room In Chapel Allerton, Leeds
Our client contacted us as they wanted a basement specialist to design and install a new basement waterproofing system and extend the existing basement conversion in the basement of the ground floor/garden flat of their large period semi-detached property in Chapel Allerton, Leeds.
Pure designed and installed a bespoke basement waterproofing system and extended the existing basement conversion to include a new staircase which released space to create a new bedroom. In addition to this we installed a new basement shower room and carried out extensive redecorations and renovations to the walls, floors and ceilings.
The completed basement conversion added space and value to the property.
