Basement Waterproofing in High Callerton, Newcastle upon Tyne to create additional Living Space
Our commercial client contacted us to design and install a bespoke basement waterproofing system in a high end barn conversion they were performing which had previously suffered from flooding.
Working with our clients we created and implemented a gravity fed basement waterproofing system comprising of perimeter drainage channels and wall cavity drainage membrane. The system was designed to drain out into the existing light well drainage which fed into an external sump.
The completed project added additional habitable space and value to the property.
