Basement Conversion To Victorian End Terrace In Meanwood, Leeds
Our client contacted us as they wanted a basement specialist to design and install a new basement waterproofing system and undertake the conversion of the basement of their traditional Victorian through end terrace in Meanwood, Leeds.
Pure carried out a full basement conversion including designing and installing a bespoke basement waterproofing system comprising perimeter drainage channels, sealed wall and floor cavity drainage membrane and a twin automatic sump pump to cope with water ingress. We then installed high efficiency insulation to complement the waterproofing and retain heat to the walls, floors and ceilings. Dry lining and full plaster skim then followed and full bespoke joinery performed, including the installation of a fully fitted kitchen.
